Magnificent villa for 6 people with private pool in Chianti.
Ginestre is a beautiful renovated house of 130 m2 located in the hills in the middle of Chianti. There is a beautiful view, private pool , covered patio , barbecue and internet.
One room in the house is used occasionally by the owner - the compartment is fully isolated from the rest .
Location :
Located in Greve in Chianti , the house is situated in the area called Chianti Classico , which features the famous Tuscany landscape with soft , green hills. To all the many attractions in Chianti and the rest of Tuscany it's only a short distance.
There is only 1 km to the city , where you'll find both shops and restaurants.
The house is situated in the middle of the great wine region so there is ample opportunity to visit the nearby wineries.

The house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room and toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms of which 2 have a double bed each, and the last has 2 single beds. Further, there are 2 bathrooms with shower.

outdoor :
There is a lovely covered terrace with barbecue . The pool is 32 m2 and is surrounded by a beautiful lawn. It's open from May until October. From the terrace as well as that part of the reason is a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside .
