Beautiful and large Tuscan villa with fantastic panoramic views located on a hill near Monticchiello for 8 people with private swimming pool.
This stunning villa is ideal for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. The property is completely private,with a nicely fenced in yard and a private swimming pool. In a building next to the villa lives the owner who is willing to provide any additional services needed such as daily cleaning or organizing scrumptious Italian dinners. The villa is divided into two floors, and approximately 450 m2 distributed as follows: The ground floor is entered through the large entrance hall which provides access to a central, very tastefully furnished living room with a fireplace, a piano bar, as well as to a fully equipped kitchen. Also, here is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, with another large living room with fireplace, TV and access to a terrace with panoramic views. Furthermore, all 4 bedrooms are on this level, 1 with 2 single beds and 3 double beds, all equipped with color television,and telephone. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub and shower. All rooms are very spacious . Wi-Fi is available .
