Very neat and nice holiday home for 6 persons (+ 2 on request ) in the vicinity of Lucca, with private pool and great views .
This beautiful house originally was a barn, and is now available as a beautiful holiday home (120 m2), renovated 10 years ago. The proximity to the Renaissance city of Lucca and the highway makes it easy to go on many trips to the surrounding towns and the sea. Lucca is just 14 km drive distance ( 20 min. ) To Pisa is 30 km (40 min. ) To Viareggio and the sea about 40 km. The nearest restaurant and shopping is located about 4 km away. Its quiet location on a hill brings great views and plenty of opportunities to relax. Also for nice walks this holiday home is a very good starting point.
Interior:
Light and comfortable, with a touch of luxury is the motto here, but the typical characteristics such as the red terracotta tiles are preserved.
From the 30m2 terrace with its wonderful view you enter both kitchen and living room . The kitchen has a ery warm atmospere from the ancient and rustic furniture, as well as all the necessary facilities.
The living room has a great fireplace , a comfortable sofa and two armchairs , and a fantastic view of the landscape through the large windows . A further small lounge room can be prepared as a bedroom for 2 more persons on request.
Other rooms on the ground floor are a bedroom with 2 single beds, a nice bathroom , a laundry room in which the heater and the washing machine are installed, as well as a small storage room of 2 m2 for parking of luggage .
Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds which easily can be pushed quickly together into a double bed. Furthermore, there is the master bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom from where there is a nice view of the landscape..
Outside:
The covered terrace is about 30 m2 large, nicely furnished , and from there on a clear day you can see the shilouette of Lucca .
The house and pool are separated by an oleander hedge, and from the terrace to the pool is just a few steps . The pool is not visible from the terrace. From the pool area and its sun terrace with sun loungers and a parasol you have great panoramic view of the countryside .
