The house is just 1 km from Mancor de la Vall with shopping opurtunities and restaurants.
There is approximately half an hour drive to the sandy beaches of the north coast (25 km) and the same distance to Palma.
The house is close to the Tramuntana mountains to be be enjoyed both by car, bicycle, or on foot.
