The house is right on the sea front and offers amazing ocean views from several of the rooms.
You simply can not get any closer to the beach. A beautiful house with modern furnishings, satellite TV, air conditioning and internet.
Location :
Son Serra de Marina is located on the Alcudia bay midway between Can Picafort and Colonia St. Pere.
The town is a mecca for windsurfers, and you may enjoy wonderful walks along the coast to the shores of the nearby towns. The town is popular with the local, who also enjoy their holidays here. There is great shopping and many bars and restaurants in the area. Arta and Alcudia are both slightly larger towna, located 20 km away. There are 36 km to Palma city.

The house has a super nice kitchen opening up to a lovely lounge room and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with lots of space, 2 of them with double beds and 1 with twin beds. There is a guest toilet and 2 bathrooms of which one of them comes with a jacuzzi. The house is in 2 floors. A nice house with panoramic views and perfect location.
Outdoor :
There is a lovely terrace with direct descent to the beach. The terrace is furnished with loungers and parasols, and there is a dining area and mobile barbecue. Here you can enjoy the view and the sounds of the sea.
