The holiday home is a 270 m2 house situated on a large plot with a garden, covered terrace and barbecue. The house is in good quality and with nice furniture.
Location:
The house is about 3 km outside of Petra, which is located in central Mallorca. In Petra there are shops and restaurants. From the house you can reach the beaches either north of Alcudia Bay or on the east coast after about a 20 km drive.
Everywhere in Mallorca you can make day trips so that you may experience the beautiful sandy beaches, the mountains or the city of Palma.

The 270 m2 covers 4 bedrooms, three of which has a double bed, the fourth with two single beds; as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, a combined living / dining room, 1 extra kitchen with refrigerator and 5 bathrooms. There is a sofa bed for 1 person
