The apartment is furnished in period style and is located in an old villa that houses a total of 2 apartments. There are sat TV and internet. There is a beautiful garden with old walnut trees and many different kinds of plants.
A rustic apartment 500 meters above sea level with views out over the countryside.
Location:
Sassetta a charming little village is just 800 meters away. We are in the southern part of the Province of Livorno and are on the Etruscan Coast with Sassetta located on a hilltop overlooking the sea and surrounded by forest. The forests are ideal for hiking, trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding.
Castagneto Carducci is certainly worth a visit, a small town of the Renaissance, which is known for Castagneto castle, which to this day still occupied by Italy's oldest noble family. The city is located about 6 km from Sassetta and partly named after the Italian poet Carducci. Pisa is 84 km away. There are 12 km to the private sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto. The beach is part of a nature reserve and there are tables and benches where you can sit.
Inside:
The apartment is in a rustic style and is located on the first floor of Villa Agrifogli. It has a kitchen with gas stove, which opens up to the dining room with fireplace. There is a lounge with TV and a couch that can be used for 2 extra beds. The hallway leads to two nice double rooms with double bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
Outdoor:
The entrance to the apartment via external staircase. There is a large garden, where all the trees and plants have signs with info on their name. The garden is well maintained but is also a natural garden. The apartment has an outdoor oven, a grill and dining area with table and chairs.
