Small apartment of 32 m2 for 2 persons in beautiful surroundings.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and a total of 4 apartments located in a converted parish church from the 13th century. There is a large garden and a huge shared pool, satellite TV, air con and WiFi.

The apartment is located 5 km from the Colle di Val d' Elsa, a town known for its production of crystal.
In the town there is one of Italy's best and most expensive restaurants, namely Arnolfo. We are in central Tuscany, and from here we have an excellent starting point for visits to Siena, which is 25 km away and Florence is only 40 km away. The area is known for its wine and is a mecca for art and culture lovers. Here is everything your heart desires : delicious food, fine wine, great art and a unique cultural richness.
Inside:
The apartment is in a converted and restored church from the 13th century. Here you can literally feel the presence of history. It's on the 1st floor and has a separate kitchen with dining area. There is a bedroom with a double bed and TV and a small bathroom with shower. There are handmade terracotta tiles on the floors and original Toscan furniture. There is quite a solemn and tranquil atmosphere.
Outdoor
There are spectacular views of the valley and of the river Elsa. There is a huge pool of 98 m2 with sun loungers and parasols, shared with the other 3 apartments in the church. There is an impressive garden and a shared barbeque.
The apartment has a private and uncovered terrace for dining al fresco next to the main entrance.
