Small Apartment of 50 m2 for 2 people in the heart of Tuscany.
Scaletta is one of totally 4 apartments, which are part of a country house situated in the middle of the Siena valley. The apartment has satellite TV, large shared pool, and WiFi.
Location :
The farmhouse is just 12 km from Siena, a town that offers a wide range of cultural experiences.
There are 80 km to Florence, yet another city with great cultural richness and a wide specter of potential art experiences. We are in the heart of the Siena province with great wines such as
Montalcino and Montepulciano near by. Pisa is 120 km away, Arezzo 75 km.
A perfect base for nature and culture experiences and delicious food and wine.
Inside:
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance . The kitchen is in open connection to a combined dining / living area. A dishwasher and a washing machine are in the apartment. There is a spacious bedroom with a doublebed ,and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is spartan and typical Tuscan.
Outdoor :
There is a huge, well-kept garden and views of open fields planted with wheat and sunflowers. Siena valley literally lies at your feet. The pool is very large and is shared with the residents of the other 3 apartments. There are sun loungers and parasols by the pool. There is a common area with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining. However, Scaletta does have its own private, little terrace for dining outside as well. WiFi is only accessible outdoors.
