The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. There is sat TV, WiFi, large shared pool and a well maintained garden. Foraggia is one of totally 4 apartments in a large country house. Here is peace of mind, soothing silence and open skies.

The farmhouse is just 12 km from Siena, a town that offers a wide range of cultural experiences.
There are 80 km to Florence, another city with great cultural richness and a wide specter of potential art experiences. We are in the heart of a province with great wines such as
Montalcino and Montepulciano near by. Pisa is 120 km away, Arezzo 75 km.
A perfect base for nature and culture experiences, delicious food and excellent wine.

The kitchen is in open connection with a combined living / dining room. Both a dishwasher and a washing machine are at you disposal in the apartment. Foraggia has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower. The apartment comes with spartan furniture and in typical Tuscan style.
Outdoor :
There is a pool area with a large shared pool and sun loungers and parasols. The garden is extensive with an immense, well-maintained lawn and many trees. From the pool there are panoramic views of the open countryside with fields of wheat and sunflowers. There is a private dining area with table and chairs. In addition, there is an area with barbecue, shared with the other apartments' residents. WiFi is ONLY available outside.
