The apartment is located right next to the beach in Puerto Pollensa, which is a small town that offers great restaurants and shopping and last but not least, a pleasant atmosphere. The sandy beach is 1 km long. Alcudia, yet another lively and beautiful town is a 15 -minute drive away. There are 70 km to the airport and 60 km to Palma city. The whole area offers numerous opportunities for various impressions.

The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the shared garden and the pool of 40 m2. The kitchen is separate and equipped with all modern amenities. There is a dining area combined with living room. The bathroom has both a shower, bathtub and hydromassage. In total there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (2 x 1.50 m), another with 2 bunked beds and the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunked beds of which the lower one can be used as a double bed (1.40 x 2m). View to the mountains. The apartment is perfect for families with small children.
