A charming town house in 3 floors with integrated pool and accompanying Jacuzzi. Modern and tastefully furnished with air conditioning and WiFi.
Location :
The town house is located in Palma, in the noble and quiet neighbourhood of Ponient. Everything is within reach, and the center is only a 15 minute drive away. Palma offers excellent shopping opportunities in the major streets around Plaza Espana. There are beaches and an immense variety of restaurants and bars. The sights include the cathedral and S'albufera national park.
Inside:
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchens with dining area located in a small conservatory with direct view to the pool. There is also a guest toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with walk in bathroom overlooking the pool. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is another bathroom on the floor. Both bathrooms have a shower. On the 2nd floor is the 3rd bedroom and penthouse terrace with stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains. The town house is very nice and stylish. In the room at the 2nd floor is there possibility for 2 extra persons on request.
Outdoor :
There is parking in the street in front of the house. There is a lovely courtyard terrace. The pool is 32 m2 and has complimentary jacuzzi function. There is a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. Within 15 minutes drive you reach both the beach, city center and shopping.
