Villa with private pool of 210m2 (1600 m2 plot), located in a quiet area of Tamariu. To get to the beach you can drive (1,5km) or walk: climb 70 steps and walk about 350 metres (approx. 15-20 mins.). It is divided into 3 levels: On the ground floor, there is a large living room (TV, fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, vitroceramic cooktop, microwave). The upper floor consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds), 1 double + 1 single bed and a study with a single bed (stairs to study without railing), 3 bathrooms. The complete and beautiful outdoor area with a pool (10 x 5.5m). Parking for 3 cars.
