Modern apartments in a great location at 300m from a sandbeach in a nice housing complex with pool, children playgroung and paddel. The apartments have 2 doble bedrooms, living dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and the other with shower. Large terrace with view and access to the garden and pool area. They are in the ground-floor. The housing complex is situated in the Marinas Beach, at 5 km from Denia´s center and 1km from a supermarket.
