A large apartment that occupies a large part of an ancient country residence of one of the most noble and famous families of Florence in the past, and which is still the owner. It stands on a hill overlooking the surrounding countryside rich in woods, vineyards and olive groves. Entering this place is like going back in time, which is particularly appreciated by those who love antique atmospheres with paintings, carpets and period furniture. Numerous hunting trophies hanging on the walls testify to the passion of the owners. Within a radius of 15-20 km it is possible to reach the Natural Park of Uccellina and the coast with the famous seaside resorts of Talamone, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Capalbio. This is the land of the Etruscans, where even today you can visit the small centers of the inland area that bear witness to them, such as Sovana and Pitigliano, as well as the thermal baths of Saturnia. At guests' disposal a wide garden with an above ground swimming pool (7x3 prof. 1,20) (31/05-30/09) for guests' exclusive use, and a barbecue. A beautiful shaded arbour equipped with table and chairs allows to have breakfast in the open air. Possibility on request of a domestic help, cook and a baby bed to be paid on the spot. Free wi fi connection available. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Small pets are accepted, for a fee of 100/euro/pet/week. Arrival between 16.00 and 19.00 hours. Departure between 09.30 am.

Going down 2 steps: 1 bathroom with bathtub. 1st floor: 2 double rooms, one of them with washbasin in the room, 2 twin rooms, 1 room with single bed and washbasin in the room, 1 bathroom with shower and tub, 1 bathroom with shower. Small panoramic terrace.
