Camping des Pirons is located on the Vendée coast only 300m from the coast and 1500m from the beach of Les Sables d'Olonne. Located in the heart of a pine and oak forest, this campsite promises you a relaxing and family holiday by the sea. On site, you will love the aquatic area with 4 heated swimming pools, 3 of which are covered, 2 paddling pools with water games for children, 8 water slides as well as a wellness area with whirlpool, sauna and hammam.
During school holidays, family activities are offered during the day and in the evening and a children's club will entertain 4-12 year olds. Teens will be able to participate in sports tournaments organized by the teen club.
On site, various services are at your disposal to enhance your stay. You can enjoy the takeaway meals from the snack bar, relax on the bar terrace or order bread from the campsite's grocery store.

Activities
Description: The whole family will enjoy the aquatic area of this campsite with 4 swimming pools, 1 heated outdoor and 3 indoor and heated pools. Children will have fun in the paddling pools with water games and mini-toboggans while the older ones will enjoy the 8 water slides, the river walking against the current and the whirlpool baths.
The indoor and heated swimming pools are accessible as soon as the campsite opens. The outdoor aquatic area is only accessible from mid-May.
ATTENTION: Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.

Description: During school holidays, the campsite organises family activities during the day and in the evening and a children's club welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old for fun activities from 9.45 to 12.30 and from 15.00 to 17.30. On the program: manual activities, Olympics, indoor games, dance show.
A teen club is open for children aged 13 to 16 in July and August.

Description: Shops are open from April to September. Bar and snack bar hours are from 10:00 to 21:30 in low season and from 10:00 to 22:30 in high season.
A collective barbecue is at your disposal (bring your own grill).
Television is included in all the rentals we offer on this campsite.
Rental towel kit: one large and one small towel: 7 euros.
Bed service made on arrival (sheets included): 25 euros/bed.
A market is set up in the campsite twice a week during the months of July and August.
Rental Plancha gas: 35 euros per week OR 5.5 euros per day.
Laundry: 4 euros per washing token.

Very good stay, pleasant campsite for the whole family. The animation team is fantastic our children loved it. A very well supervised swimming pool, our children were able to have fun there without any problem.

This is the 4th time I've been to the Pirons campsite via Locasun. Positive points compared with previous years: The welcome is always excellent, there's nothing to complain about in terms of the nautical complex and the surrounding environment, and the activities on offer are top-notch, with a special mention for the activity leaders. It's worth noting that these activities and entertainment are offered right up to the last day. (which was not the case on our previous trips). On the other hand, accommodation is catastrophic given the price (650€). Pitch too small (difficult to park your car) and very close to the other pitches, mobile home in poor condition (photos available), interior not up to 5-star standards: rusty fridge, auxiliary heating in the same condition, torn bench seat... in short, given the price, it's very, very limited, especially as opposite our pitch a latest-generation mobile home with air conditioning and 3 auxiliary heaters was rented at 540€ for 15 days. Look for the mistake... .

The campsite is well located and well equipped, especially for children. The only downside is that holidaymakers at the end of the season are not entitled to the same services. When a product is finished, we don't renew it, which isn't very respectful of holidaymakers, especially at the start of their stay.

Very friendly reception and staff, very responsive maintenance service, lively evenings that are always different, great campsite for children, only small downside, very complicated to get hot water in the shower in the mobile home.
