Lovely apartment for 4 people (+ 2 extra persons possible) in spectacular surroundings on a medieval manor estate.
Goito is an apartment of 140 m2 in 2 floors. The apartment is located at Villa Buoninsegna, an impressive mansion from the 17th century. There are 2 pools, WiFi and satellite TV.
Location:
The manor house is located in the province of Siena between the Chiana and Chianti valleys. We are in wine country, where good wines such as Montacino and Montepulciano are being produced. There are 31 km to Siena and 90 km to Florence, being Tuscany's 2 most important cultural cities. The small village of Rapolano Terme is just around the corner and is known for its spas and spa treatments. Delicious food, excellent wine and a versatile cultural heritage is a matter of fact.
Inside:
Goito is a self contained apartment in 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a separate kitchen with dishwasher. There is a spacious, combined dining / living room with fireplace and a small bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. Furthermore a bedroom with a sofabed 2 persons (this is usable with an extra fee) There is yet another bathroom, and this one has a bathtub. In addition there is a dressing room. A washing machine and WiFi. The apartment is furnished in Tuscan, rustic style with antique furniture and exposed beams. A cozy apartment with amazing surroundings.
Outdoor :
There are 2 pools, respectively 50 m2 and 98 m2. The pools are shared with the residents of the other apartments on the estate. The pool areas come with sun beds. Barbecue can be borrowed on request. The apartment has a small, yet private terrace with dining area. The entire estate covers 320 acres and is surrounded by its own vineyards, olive groves and forests. It is possible to buy the farm's homemade products. There is WiFi outdoors.
Note: Small pool opened from May to September. Big pool opens mid June to September.
