Apartment of 90 m2 in historic surroundings in Rapolano Terme.
Stay in the elegant surroundings of an old manor house from the 17th century. The apartment is for max 5 people + 1 child and is in 2 levels. There are 2 shared pools, satellite TV and WiFi. The place oozes from history and is located in beautiful surroundings in the heart of the Sienese province.
Location :
We are close to Rapolano Terme , known for its spas, spa treatments and treatments with the special Siena mud. Siena with its incredible cultural richness is only 32 km away and Florence 90 km.
We are close to the Chianti wine district. There is no excuse for not enjoying a tasty glass of well reputed red wine from either Montalcino or Montepulciano. The manor house is midway between the Chiana and the Chianti valleys. There is approx. 70 km to Perugia and about 40 km to Arezzo.
Inside:
The apartment is 90 m2 and is in 2 levels. The entrance is at ground level with a small kitchen with a dining area, which opens up to the living room. There is a fireplace in the living room and 2 sofas that can be converted into an extra bed each. On the ground floor there are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom is with shower and bathtub. Via the staircase you access the mezzanine with a minor lounge area and TV. There is a safe, satellite TV and dishwasher. A shared washing machine is found in the main house. The apartment has its own private terrace with dining area and partial views of the landscape.
Outdoor :
The estate and grounds cover more than 320 acres and has 2 common pools. One pool is 50 m2 , and the other is 98 m2. There are sun loungers. A barbecue may be borrowed on request. The estate consists partly of its own vineyards, olive groves and lemon groves and own forests. It is possible to buy the farm's homemade products. We are surrounded by nature in a historic atmosphere under the Tuscany sky - yet close to the highway with experiences and cultural sites within easy reach.
Note: Small pool opened from May to September. Big pool opens mid June to September.
