The apartment is one of totally 6 apartments in the the estate of Villa Buoninsegna. It offers satellite TV, 2 large common pools and WiFi. Scenic surroundings and historical setting in the heart of Tuscany.
Location :
Limonaia is located in the province of Siena, in the heart of Tuscany. Rapolano Terme is the nearest small town situated 1500 m away and is known for its spas and spa treatments. Siena is a half hour drive away and offers versatile, cultural experiences and famous sights. We are 90 km from Florence and 70 km from Perugia. The Chianti wine district is part of the Sienese province, so there's no excuse not to enjoy a glass of excellent red wine.
Inside:
Limonaia is 90 m2 and is located on the 1st floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a small kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, and it opens up to the living room. The bathroom has a shower and there is a small balcony. A cozy apartment with a friendly atmosphere.
Outdoor :
There are 2 pools of respectively 50 m2 and 98 m2, to be shared with the residents of the other apartments. At the pool areas you will find sunbeds. A grill can be borrowed on request. The whole area is 320 acres and surrounded by its own vineyards, , olive groves, lemon groves and forests. It is possible to buy the farm's homemade products. There is WiFi outdoors. Here is peace of mind and quietude under the Tuscan sky.
Note: Small pool opened from May to September. Big pool opens mid June to September.
