Nice spacious apartment with 2 terraces with nice views. beach at the foot of the building, easy parking. one shower room is very narrow, but fortunately the bathroom is more accessible. well appointed rooms. The lounge table should be changed as it is too small and doesn't stay in place when unfolded. Top floor is nice, but the ventilation of the restaurant kitchens (located at the bottom of the building) is on the roof just above the central sofa and an incessant buzzing is audible, too bad. it stops around 11pm-midnight. The mandatory cleaning fee is quite high, too bad.
