Comfortable apartment (110 m2) in a small villa built in the 70's and located in the Chianti hills, about 5 km from Poggibonsi, halfway between Florence and Siena. The most beautiful places in Chianti, such as Castellina and Radda in Chianti or the town of San Gimignano with its famous towers, can be reached in less than half an hour by car. The area surrounding the house is rich in oak woods, cypresses and vineyards. The position is exceptional and the eye can wander over several kilometers of nature to ancient enchanting towers, farms and churches. The owner lives in a second apartment on the second floor and shares with the guests a large fenced and equipped garden in natural meadow with games for children and parking. For the exclusive use of the guests the swimming pool (13x7 depth 1,2-2,4 m) (04/05-12/10) illuminated and heated with solar panels and with shower, the hydro massage pool (5 places), the gazebo equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals and the stone barbecue.
