On the edge of the Côtes d'Armor and Finistère, between Perros Guirec and Locquirec, in Locquémeau, and only 150m from a small beach, this charming holiday rental is located on the owners' property, with a totally independent entrance and without vis-à-vis. It is on the most famous virgin cliffs of Brittany, a protected site, in a rural and privileged setting, at the foot of the customs officers' path and the moors of the Côte des Bruyères. Beautifully decorated, the house offers large spaces and, opposite, on the other side of the terrace, a very popular place for rest: the equipped verandah. Access to the first floor, whose rooms have a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea, is via 2 stairs to preserve its independence. The large sandy beaches are only 1km away, and the square beach of Le Dourven is 2km away. Enjoy beautiful walks to admire the exceptional panorama of Lannion Bay.
