Situated in a closed domain, in absolute calm and without vis-à-vis, this beautiful villa nestled in the heart of the Esterel massif offers an unobstructed view of the forest, the sea and the Lérins islands. All rooms are air-conditioned and its 4 spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Outside, the two large terraces in front of the infinity pool allow you to enjoy the view. The partly sloping terrain requires special attention for young children. The seaside road leads to the famous and lively towns of Théoule (7km), Mandelieu and Cannes (17km) on one side, and to the bay of Agay (13km), Saint Raphaël (20km) and Sainte Maxime on the other. Numerous forest trails overlook this red rocky coast lined with small creeks and small beaches (scuba diving is remarkable). The first port is 2.5km from the villa. For a visit without transport worries, the Trayas train station is 700m from the villa. The train serves all the cities on the coast. Le Trayas is also accessible by boat from Théoule or Fréjus.
