Holiday house for 8 people with private pool.
The villa is 230 m2 quietly located on the outskirts of Porto Cristo. It overlooks the surrounding countryside. There is a swimming pool, covered terrace, barbecue, WiFi and Sat TV .
Location:
The house is located about 2 km outside the charming town of Porto Cristo, a town with shops, cafes, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. At Porto Cristo is also Majorca's largest caves, which is certainly worth a visit.
Inside:
The 230 m2 distributed over 2 floors:
On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms three of which each have a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with tub.
On the 1st floor there is a combined living-/dinningroom with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table.
There is WiFi and satellite TV.
Cots are available on request.

The plot is 14,000 m2 and is landscaped with partial garden and field with olive trees.
The pool measures 13 x 4.5 meters and has a depth of between 1.9 and 0.8 m
