2-room house. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofabeds (90 cm), open-hearth fireplace, TV, radio, gas heater and fan. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (mini-oven, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, whirlpool. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Gas heaters. The firewood is extra. The house is recommendable for families only. Check-in before 17.00 o?clock will not be accepted in order to prepare the house for the guests.
The house, of arab style, is situated in a private park of 6000 m2. Natural garden with hundreds of different plants, lawn, plants, flowers and fruit trees. In one part of the park that is 100 m away from the main house and completely isolated by the trees there is a small house inhabited occasionally by the owner. Small, rustic cottage "Bungalow Vietotchka". Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Fuengirola a 1km de Mijas Pueblo, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.10.). Patio, garden furniture. Parking. Shop 6 km, sandy beach 6 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course 5 km, tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Zoo de Fuengirola 7 km, Castillo Sohail 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Mijas is 2 km away. Within a radius of 2 to 12 km, there are 6 golf courses, tennis club, water park "Aquapark", thalassotherapy centre. Airport 15 mins.
