In the centre of Tossa de Mar, on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, area with little traffic, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Steep motor access. Steep footpath to the house. Shop 200 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Blanes" 15 km, sandy beach "Tossa de Mar" 100 m. Nearby attractions: Waterworld aquatic parc 10 km, Jardin botanico Pinya de Rosa 12 km, Jardin botanico Marimurtra 13 km, Marineland 16 km, Jardins Santa Clotilde 11 km.
