A pretty house at first glance but with construction upstream, which we discovered, of a huge villa that has a huge overlooking the pool ... we were lucky because the site was stopped during the vacations but we would never rent this house given the huge overlooking ... I strongly advise against renting this house next year unless you want to be constantly scrutinized by future neighbors. On the equipment of the house, correct, would be relevant to add air conditioning in the rooms instead of fans. CALPE beach very close (1.8 kms) but by car of course.
