No on-site assistance by the agency, wrong indication for access to the garage (which allows access to the building). Signage for access to the various buildings not very precise. Lift too small for the disabled scooter. Fortunately super nice babysitter who helped us find the garage, and the apartment and a solution for the scooter. Obsolete accommodation, lack of cleanliness: windows, shower wall, dirty bathroom tiles on arrival. dirty duvets and bedspreads only one correct pillow, the other arch flat ones. A coat rack in the bathroom would be welcome!
