Air conditioning would be welcome, as the noise on both sides of the accommodation is very high. The cleaning, included in the price, leaves something to be desired (trash can not emptied and very dusty sofa. On the other hand, the sea is a few steps away, a private parking space is available. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Apparently very well located, functional but still lacking essential equipment (small washing machine for example is better than the dishwasher). It would also deserve a little rejuvenation, because it is old in some places (kitchen at the joints!)
