The house is well laid out and very well located in the residence near the parking lot and the pool, sufficiently equipped (with sunshade, shower screen I think the previous comments have been taken into account) At the beginning I thought we would be hot and regretted the lack of a fan but finally with the wind and the different openings we didn't need it Very nice sea view from the small terrace and even better from the balcony of the room The residence and St Pierre la Mer are a very pleasant and family seaside destination The access to the beach on foot is facilitated by the Vasco de Gama mail in a dozen minutes Very large and pleasant beach adapted to the world without being on top of each other In short I recommend this house for a family of 4 people

Pleasant accommodation. The positive points : the bedding +, 2 fridges, the location of the accommodation, the calm of the residence, the access to the swimming pool. Points to improve : It would be necessary to invest in an awning or a big Parasol because the terrace is very sunny around midday, it is impossible to have lunch outside in the middle of August... Shower curtain a little short (floods the shower area). Possibly a dishwasher would be great! We had a good stay, possibility of going down to the sea or to the market, on foot, in a few minutes (by the short cuts).

The reception was very good. The accommodation was clean but we did not have a sheet for the pillows. Nice view and quiet, well maintained residence, nice pool. The accommodation is functional and as described. The rooms are cooler than the living area which is upstairs. People with difficulties with the stairs: refrain. The fridge is really too small for 4 people: what to say for a reception of six! and the vegetable bin is tiny. To have cold, it had to be at 5 which led to ice in the ice compartment: difficult to put the trays to make ice. Some other inconveniences: Curtain rod with tape: the curtain falls down all the time Garden table and TV antenna held with tape: handle with great care Lid of the pot broken : beware of burns
