Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with sliding door with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small terrace 5 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking space n 15. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Please note: the washing machine is small. The covered balcony of 6 m2 is enclosed by large bay windows which can be opened. The parking is in a locked basement area (height 2.20 m/ width 2.40 m / length 5 m).

Accommodation at the top, pictures reflect VERY well the reality. THANK YOU Nevertheless some points to make you raise: - Noise pollution at night (gatherings, pedestrians returning from the evening, etc...) - Noise nuisance in the morning from 7 hrs (Rubbish, glass container just under the balcony, workers using noisy tools) - Drainage of shower water to be checked (stagnant water during shower) - Access and indication agency Inter Home can be improved: Difficult to park near the agency and signs agency difficult to locate.
