For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 12 m, depth 130 - 270 cm, 01.06.-30.09. pool opening hours: 10:00-18:00 and 10:00-19:00, extra). Children's pool, tennis (extra). Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 1.3 km, sandy beach 1.2 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
