Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. 2 showers/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the district of Parc de la Vigie, outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: tennis. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 125 - 185 cm, 20.03.-01.11.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, boules, parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Grand Boucharel" 500 m. Sports harbour 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 5 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys? handover takes place by the agency in Sainte Maxime. To be paid on site: swimming pool heating according to consumption. The heating of the swimming pool must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date. No lighting in the pool.
