Be careful, some things must be known: payment of the deposit (200€), the tourist tax (58€50 for 3 people and 2 weeks) and the obligatory cleaning fees (75€) at the entrance only in cash (we had to go down to the commune's ATM to withdraw, the owner did not leave us the choice), for the pool, bathing caps and shower mandatory before entering, parking possible on small indoor parking at the residence first come first served small served if not on the outside streets (the owner offered us 50€ per week on her private box, we declined and we do not regret it 100€ savings and an additional restaurant). No wifi, however, mobile phones generally have good 4G reception. TV: French channels received but reception is often interrupted because the antenna is not properly adjusted. Positive points: the swimming pool located just above the residence with a beautiful panorama and an exceptional funicular lift in the residence with a beautiful view of the sea (regular breakdowns). Very negative points: the lack of welcome, no leaflets for things to do in the area, no advice from the owner and not very available (she gets the money back and leaves). On the other hand, the cleaning costs at 25€ per person is quite excessive considering the state of cleanliness in which we found the apartment. A refreshment of the apartment would not be superfluous. Smells in the cupboards not very pleasant (it smells musty); the living room lamp is too low: to be adjusted because you have systematically hit yourself there. The oven does not work. No air conditioning (only 1 fan). Calm of the residence spoiled by the noises emanating from the neighbour below: her 2 dogs bark regularly and even at night, discussions from the early morning very loud or passages at night + morning work by the employee of the condominium.
