Open large, interconnecting room with 1 double sofabed. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the garden and Dolomiti di Brenta. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
Very beautiful, rustic, comfortable 3-family house "Maso Dolcevista", 800 m a.s.l., renovated in 2000, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Lundo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 16 m from the lake, 10 km from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) plants and flowers, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (8 x 3 m, depth 135 - 135 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge, solarium, storage room for bicycles, heating to be paid on the spot. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Terme di Comano" 8 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 8 km, cross country ski track 5 km, ice field 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Andalo 26 km, Pinzolo 30 km, Madonna di Campiglio 45 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Garda 25 km, Molveno 21 km, Tenno 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
