Poggio a Vico is situated on a beautiful hill dominating the river Sieve valley.28 km north-east of Florence and 3 km from the village of Rufina. Four apartments are in a farmhouse near the main villa where there is a fifth apartment which has garden and pergola for joint use with the owner. All apartments have outdoor areas with furniture. The apartments are well furnished in country style. They all have the original features and had kitchen and bathrooms renovated. One off rate for heating, 10.00 euros per day. From the 2015 season possibility to book, on request, the villa for 08 pax (our ref. IT5374.840.7). Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Rufina" 2 km. Tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 7 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
