Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, sandy beach "La Plage Dorée, Bandol" 7 km, shingle beach "Les Lecques, Saint Cyr Sur Mer" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Hiking paths: Massifs Sainte Baume et Sainte Victoire, Parcs naturels des Calanques, de Port, Cros, de Porquerolles et sites préservés. Please note: car recommended. Access to the pool is by 30 steps. The second apartment of the house, the ground floor apartment, is rented on an annual basis by one person only.
