For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15.06.-15.09.). Children's pool, table tennis. In the complex: lift. Parking. Shop 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop, sandy beach 100 m. Tennis 100 m. Please note: the complex has night security. The residence consists of various buildings. The swimming pool is round, 18 m diametre. The large communal gardens are tropical style and pets are not allowed in them. You can access the beach directly from the swimming pool and the car park (approx 150 m). The use of the pool out of season is under own responsability.
