Welcome to this modern and luxurious chalet of 280 m2 in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort, just 650 meters away from the beach. The house has 400 m2 of Mediterranean garden, 250 m2 of lawn garden, swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbeque, WIFI, electric heating and air conditioning.
The entrance to the house is through the garden. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fire place, two covered terraces (front and back), a bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and laundry room. In the front terrace there is a natural fountain with fishes, while on the back there are the barbeque, garden and the swimming pool (6 x 3 meters and 1.40 – 1.80 meters deep), which works by osmosis.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite with hydro massage bathtub) and spacious terraces in both sides. There are 2 rooms with double bed and one room with two single beds and all of them have AC and views to the garden.
This house is decorated with colonial and antique furniture. It has designer bathroom and kitchen and high quality electrical appliances. This is a bioclimatic house with a sustainable design that has a solar water heater.
You can enjoy your free time in the house surfing the Internet, watching satellite TV, listening music or watching a DVD.
The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, kitchen appliances and a lot more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Son Bauló is the perfect place for people who like Nordic walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, diving or sailing and it’s close to a fantastic natural park, “s’Alburefa”. Close by, there is the farm of Son Real with its prehistoric ruins. This house is ideal for families and sport lovers.
Nearby there are many facilities as supermarket, ATM, surgery, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. where you can easily access by foot. Son Bauló is very well connected with Palma, Alcúdia and Pollença either by bus, taxi o rental car.
