4-room house 150 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV, radio and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed and fan. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed and fan. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and fan. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Terrace 12 m2 partly roofed, patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The house has 3 electric radiators (one per room) . 1 butane heater in the lounge. 2 thermal air heaters (one in each bathroom ) . The room with the french bed has got a balcony with views to the "Plaza del Salvador". The double bedroom has got views to the Chapel "San Miguel Alto". The bedroom with a sofa-bed has got views to a patio. The bedroom with a sofa-bed has got views to a patio. Livingroom with views to an Arabic well.
Beautiful, comfortable house "Agrela", built in 2007, renovated in 2011. In the district of Albaicín, 100m del Sacromonte, in the resort 700 m from the centre of Granada, in a busy position, in the heart of the city, 70 km from the sea. Public car park at 200 m. Shop, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 20 m, pebble beach "en Salboreña y Motril" 70 km. Nearby attractions: Alpujarras a hora y media en coche, Sierra Nevada a 1 hora en coche, Parque Nacional Sierra de Huetór 7 km. House with typical Andalucian tiles and Arabic detail, in a tourist district. Near the Plaza del Salvador, obligatory stop for the Semana Santa (Easter) processions. In the town there is a bus which goes to the Salobrena and Motril beaches (pebble beaches), 45 minutes by car. Sierra Nevada: 1 hour by car and Las Alpujarras 1.30 hrs by car. The streets are very narrow and therefore the best would be to go without car.
