Apartment and nice location. Nevertheless, we perceived the housing as very dirty. Furniture in kit form in very poor condition, dangerous limit if you have children. Electricity out of the ordinary not even a smoke detector, carrying mandatory. The accommodation is not maintained. Managed by a rental agency with a communication that is a little short.
