Welcome to this charm villa with a rustic style. It is located in the countryside, near the beautiful village of Vilafranca de Bonany. This house offers the comfort that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience!
This 2-storey house is 103 m2 and it has 4 bedrooms. It’s ideal for couples with children or for groups of friends because it has space for 8 people. Three of the bedrooms have two single beds (2 of them are on the main floor and the other one is on the ground floor), while the main room (en suite) is equipped with double bed and it’s located on the main floor. All rooms have closet and views to the garden. There are three fully furnished bathrooms in the house: two on the main floor (one en suite and the other with shower) and one on the ground floor with shower (the washing machine and the water softening are in the ground floor bathroom). The house has central heating and we can provide you with fans if you request them.
The house has a charm and welcoming environment and rustic details that make this place very special. It is the perfect place for people who look for a relaxing holiday. Sit down in one of the sofas in the living room and just relax with a glass of wine. It is a good place to enjoy a good book, watch satellite TV or have a siesta near the fireplace if you visit the island in winter. On the ground floor there is another living room with a sofa-bed and TV and it has access to the terrace. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room on the main floor and it is furnished with a beautiful wooden table and chairs for 8 people, where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will have space to park 6 cars outside the house. Pets are allowed!
The outside of the house is as well a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday: go to the terrace, have a tempting barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The porch is furnished with two tables and chairs to enjoy summer dinners. The pool is 10x5 meters and it is completely fenced for children’s security. It works with salt and it has outdoor shower. The state is 16.000 m2 and you will find different kind of fruit trees as almond or lemon trees.
The house is just 3.2 km from Vilafranca de Bonany where you can find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, bars and some local restaurants.
30 minute drive will take you to Porto Cristo, where you can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail seeing the sunset or why not a romantic dinner in one of the most relaxed and calm environments of the island. In the area there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila or Cala Magraner. Portocolom and Modragó Natural Park are very quiet areas that are worth to visit as well.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
