Welcome to this magnificent country house near Inca. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The wonderful outside area counts with views over the Tramuntana Mountain Range. There are large green areas, a chlorine pool which measures 8,50m x 4m (the depth steeps up slowly from 1,60m-2,20m), 6 sun beds, a barbeque, a furnished terrace and a 50m2 furnished porch, to enjoy relaxing evenings with friends and family. The house works through solar energy.
The 140m2 detached house is ground floor only. It counts with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with two individual beds. They all count with a wardrobe. On request, there is a possibility to prepare a baby bed and a high chair.
In the cozy living- and dining room with kitchenette you will find 2 sofas, a rocking chair and a dining table. The kitchenette works with gas and is equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect meal. There is also a washing machine available, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The house is situated at 3,2km from Inca, the second biggest city of the island. In Inca you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, sports center, etc.
Furthermore, Inca has always been famous for it's leather factories, it's cellers (typical Mallorcan restaurant in a former wine cellar) and for it's weekly market on Thursday. Don't forget to visit it's three late Gothic and Barroque churches from the thirteenth century, the Sant Bartolomé Monastery or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, which is situated on top of a hill declared natural interest and from which you will enjoy incredible views. For those who do not want to go home after supper, there is the Plaza de l'Angel, with several bars and terraces to have a drink or enjoy live music, a few times a week.
At about 25 minutes by car from the house, you will reach the bay of Alcúdia, que cuenta con más de 30 km de costa donde predominan las playas de arena alternando playas tranquilas y otras más animadas, como en el Puerto de Alcúdia, llena de comercios dónde encontrará muchos restaurantes.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
