The Apartment Marcomar in Alcocebre/Alcossebre has three bedrooms with a capacity up to 8 people. The first bedroom with a double bed and the second and third bedroom with two single beds.
This complex is located 500 meters from the sea (there is a small cove) and 1300 m of the Playa Las Fuentes. The Sierra de Irta Natural Park is minutes away and the urban center just 1.5 km.
MARCOMAR has an excellent natural location, with views to the mountain from the outdoor swimming pool and terrace. Community pool for adults+children with hammocks and a sun terrace. Terrace furniture.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and the open kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and cutlery. A TV and a double sofa bed (or a bunk bed in the third bedroom, depending on the apartment) in the living-dining room. Bed linen is included.
All guests over 18 years of age must present their ID, NIE or PASSPORT at the time of Check in, in case of not providing it, the accommodation may apply the right of non-admission for not complying with the current law on tourist apartments.

Customers may request daily cleaning; this will have a variable cost depending on the size of the apartment. One bedroom apartment € 40 per day, two bedroom apartment € 50 per day and three bedroom apartment € 60 per day. In case of requesting cleaning every day of the stay, the sheets are changed every 4 days and the towels every 2 days.
