Welcome to this is a beautiful house that will give you the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
It’s a one storey house of 140 m2 and it’s located in a wonderful place with views to the mountains in a 25000 m2 estate. It has three double beds: the main room has double bed and the other two have two single beds. All bedrooms have windows with views to the garden. They don’t have AC but we can provide you with fans in summer or radiator in autumn if you request them. There are 2 fully furnished bathrooms, both with bathtub, close to the bedrooms.
The house has all modern equipment you might need during your holiday. The spacious living room has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs near the fireplace for the cold days, from where you can enjoy beautiful views to the mountains and the pool area through the big windows. This house invites you to relax in the sofa and enjoy a good film on the DVD, watch satellite TV, listening to music or just having a little siesta.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: gas stove, electrical oven, fridge with freezer, blender, toaster, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. Of course you will find washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.
The porch is furnished with table and chairs where you can have your summer dinners or a tempting barbeque. The pool is 10x5 meters and it’s 2.2 meters deep. There is a vegetable garden, hens and a horse. The owners will provide you with fresh eggs and fruits and vegetables from the garden when they are available. At the patio, just next to the windmill, there is space to park three cars.
The property is located in Puigpunyent, a little mountain village in Serra de Tramuntana, a mountain range running southwest-northeast that was recently awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance. Nearby Puigpunyent you can find Galatzo, the third highest peak in Mallorca or the natural park “La reserva”. Puigpunyent it’s an ideal place for hiking, cycling, relaxing walks and counts with little mountain paths to the nearest villages: Valldemosa, Banyalbufar, Deià, Esporles, Galilea. Palma is only 14 km and the nearest beaches are just 20 minute drive.
Puigpunyent has all the basic services to enjoy your holiday with no worries: supermarket, tapas bars, casual cuisine restaurants, coffee shops, surgery, pharmacy, ATM, international press, post office, football peach, local pool and tennis court.
During summer months you can enjoy local festivities, eco fair, markets, visits to old traditional Majorcan houses, visits to vineyards, traditional music festivals or jazz.
In this house you will be able to enjoy your holiday in an idyllic place of the island which will make you have an unforgettable experience.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
