Panoramic villa that has been divided into 4 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners live, and situated on a hill (200 m a.s.l.) just 1.3 km from the centre of Cefalù, a splendid the coastal village of Phoenician origin, the second most popular tourist attraction in Sicily. The strategic location of these apartments offers a panorama that takes your breath away. From the terraces you can admire the golf below with its beautiful, enchanting , sandy beach, as well as the town of Cefalù with its famous Arab-Norman Cathedral rising above the houses and the rocky promontory that dominates and encircles the entire old town. The view also sweeps out from the coast towards Palermo where you can get a glimpse of the Eolie Islands. Thanks to their location, these apartments are an ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauties of the sea, but also all the hills and the mountains of Sicily offer. From the villa you can easily reach all the main beaches of the coast, as well as the charming sanctuary of Gibilmanna with its museum (14 km, 850 m a.s.l.), the Regional Park of the Madonie and the enchanting villages that are part of it, such Gratteri, Isnello and Castelbuono. The apartments are cosy and have modern furnishings. They are also equipped with all the comforts and air conditioning.

ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2 attic, it has a private access from a small road that leads to the car park with a reserved parking space): Gr.Fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with reading area and by means of two large French doors you can access an equipped sun terrace (table, sun umbrella, chairs, deck chair) of 20 m2, where you can enjoy a fantastic broad view of the gulf below, kitchen with counter-bar (gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer), 1 twin bedded room that faces a small terrace that encircles three-quarters of the house, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 changing room. Adjacent to the apartment and accessed from an external staircase, there is a convenient laundry room of approx. 5 m2 equipped with washing machine, shower, hanger for drying clothes.
LOCATION: 2,5 km Cefalù (all kinds of shops, sandy beaches, restaurants, seaside promenade), 70 km Palermo, 75 km Monreale, 190 km Taormina.
