close to the marina of port guillaume, cottage of 3 main rooms with a capacity of 4 people, with an area of 53m ² with a nice garden facing east-west. the apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (flat screen tv, dvd) overlooking a terrace and a private garden, a kitchen semi-open to the living room (refrigerator, microwave, 3 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine), an independent toilet; on the 1st floor: a 1st bedroom (1 bed 140x190) overlooking the balcony, and a bathroom (with shower and toilet); on the 2nd floor under the roof, a 2nd bedroom (1 bed 140x190). pets are not accepted in this rental.
