Villa Fracassini is one of the oldest house of the town.
It's a perfect deal for those who search a private villa with the comfort of being in town.
The house stands on two floors, with bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs.
The house has an elevator that link the two floor, perfect for wheel chairs!
Behind the house there's a private garden. Just outside the door there is a nice patio, covered by grapevine, with table and chairs for our guests to enjoy lunch or dinner outside, a relaxing corner just on a side with an elegant gazebo standing next to a beautiful olive tree!
The garden is carefully decorated with plants and fruit tree, it has a swimming pool (maximum depth 1,2 m.; 5,7 m x 2,7 m.) to the bottom surrounded by chairs and deckchairs to enjoy our Tuscan sun.
All this in the center of a small and quiet Tuscan town, famous for its beautiful hills and olive oil.
You can experience the everyday life of this town buying your fresh bread to the bakery or tasting the typical Tuscan products to the local butcher, all this, walking distance!

HORSE RIDING
Dive into the Tuscan countryside! You can have the opportunity to ride in the nature around the villa. The riding center it's just 1 km away from our property, and I'll be glad to personally take you there.

CHEESE FACTORY
Discover a place it'ls also discovering its typical products!
A local cheese producer (2 km away) welcomes you into his factory to show you the cheese production, and of course, to make you taste some of his famous PECORINO cheese!
We can set up the trip once you here, and I'll be glad to come with you if you'd like to!
WINE TASTING
We suggest you a few places where you can taste the famous Tuscan wines!
The closest one, very local, it's just 5 minutes driving from the villa and it offers you a FREE wine tasting!

BABY SITTING
I offer myself available in case you need someone to watch your kids while you are away for a dinner or a particularly tiring visit for them.
I could be with them by the pool, or tell them a story before to sleep!
VISITING
Discover paths far from tourist crowds and organised trips.
Take me with you! I could solve the language barrier, save you from tourists traps and make you visit places that you could never reach as a tourist!
If we agree by the time you book your holiday, you could also suggest me to your car hire company as second or third driver, so that I could also drive you through the beautiful narrow and curvy roads of Tuscany!
The Villa disposes of two entrances: one in the front taking you to the rooms, and one on the ground floor to the kitchen- living room area.
On the first floor you can find three bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room.
All rooms have private toilet, and bathroom: A/C and wifi.
The floors are linked thanks to an elevator, access also for disable people.
The ground floor it's a big room in stones and red bricks, with LCD flat screen on the wall with sofas; modern kitchen area all well furnished, and a table for 6 people.
From the kitchen, a door takes to the outside. A fourth toilet is outside, with shower and laundry room. Garden with olive tree has a patio to enjoy meal outside, and a pool with deckchairs to relax and sunbath under the Tuscan sun.
