This nice apartment used to be a portion of the ancient farm, and precisely the barn and stables of the house.
The villa has been restored by the owners respecting and following the Tuscan traditional character: the walls are in stone and the floor in traditional handmade "cotto toscano".
La Miccia (60mq- 4 people capacity- 1 bedroom- 1 sofabed- 2 bathrooms). Kicthen well equipped and dining room, big living room with fireplace, sofabed and hot tub. Bedroom with poster bed and ensuite toilet. Both toilets with shower cabin.

Dive into the Tuscan countryside! You can have the opportunity to ride in the nature around the villa. The riding center it's just 1 km away from our property, and I'll be glad to personally take you there.

A local cheese producer (2 km away) welcomes you into his factory to show you the cheese production, and of course, to make you taste some of his famous PECORINO cheese!

We suggest you a few places where you can taste the famous Tuscan wines!
The closest one, very local, it's just 5 minutes driving from the villa and it offers you a FREE wine tasting!

I offer myself available in case you need someone to watch your kids while you are away for a dinner or a particularly tiring visit for them.
I could be with them by the pool, or tell them a story before to sleep!

Take me with you! I could solve the language barrier, save you from tourists traps and make you visit places that you could never reach as a tourist!
If we agree by the time you book your holiday, you could also suggest me to your car hire company as second or third driver, so that I could also drive you through the beautiful narrow and curvy roads of Tuscany!

This nice apartment used to be a portion of the ancient farm and precisely the barn and stables where cows and donkey used to be lodged.
The owners have recently restored the house with much care, fully respecting the original features of this Tuscan old house, and providing an excellent level of comfort.
The villa has been restored by the owners respecting and following the Tuscan traditional character: the walls are in stone and the floor in traditional handmade "cotto toscano". Also the antiques furniture are in harmony with the style of the house and are property of the family since a long time; The owner's intention was also to offer the house as a perfect "honey moon" place, a beautiful and warm space where our guests can enjoy the quiet life of a small village in the romantic Tuscan countryside.
The access to the house is on the village square. The square is a pedestrian area so we provide a small table that can be located just outside the door, where our guest can enjoy a glass of wine and the summer evening gentle breeze.
All the furniture are antiques and originally property of the family.
Inside the house there's a free guide book that can give some information about the Valdarno area, such as train timetable to Florence and Rome; list of shops, restaurants and shopping malls in the area; and some maps to help people to move around. We think it can be a useful help for our guests to feel welcome and 'at home'.
