Villa Foresta is a farm house in a tranquil setting outside of Lucca. There is an outdoor dining area with pizza oven, barbecue, fireplace, WiFi and satellite TV. Villa Foresta consists of a main house and a barn which is nicely converted into a house.
Location:
The farm house is located outside of Lucca on a hilltop. There are good views over the Lucca area of the garden. Lucca is known for the city wall. Walk through the narrow streets up to the great amphitheater square. The square is round and very special. The house is a good starting point for trips around Tuscany - to cities such as Florence, Pisa and the spa town of Montecatini Terme.
Inside:
The house is 250m2 and consists of 2 floors in 2 buildings. The main house consists of 2 floors as following: The ground floor consists of kitchen (cooker with 6 gas rings) and with fireplace, living room, hall, laundry room, bathroom and a double bedroom . On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds. The last bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have their own air con and a private bathroom. The barn also consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room and small kitchen. Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed and air con and a bathroom . The barn is decorated in more modern style than the main house.
Outdoor:
The country house is situated on a hill and there is a good view over the Lucca area from the garden. The plot is 3000m2. The pool is 55m2. There is plenty of parking possibilities for cars. Outside in the garden area there are vineyards, olive trees and other trees.
